About Us

Equipping and Empowering Senior Adults

Our Mission

To equip and empower Senior Adults who have been seasoned by the steps of life to age gracefully in Spirit, Soul and Body and
share their experiences with younger generations

Our Vision

Create opportunities for Senior Adults to create goals, thrive through social interactions, motivate them to step into a higher
personal transformation of themselves and realize that the stones of life were just steps to get them to their next level

Holistic Programming for Fulfilled Living

Senior Adults play a vital role in society and deserve opportunities to enhance their health, social skills, and emotional skills, and to continue growing and evolving even in their best years. We also believe their wisdom and experience should be shared with younger generations. We want to make sure seniors do not feel forgotten and can experience their best years with joy, peace, and happiness.

We engage seniors with programs and activities in three key areas that help them stay strong, healthy and happy.

Spiritual Wellness

A spiritual journey is about reaching for higher goals and overcoming obstacles. People of all ages want to live a life filled with purpose and meaning. Our goal is to help seniors live their best spiritual lives through community, mindfulness, and personal exploration.

Living Your Best Life

We believe that aging Senior Adults play a vital role in society and deserve opportunities to enhance their health, social and emotional skills to evolve in to their best life in their latter years. Therefore, we wanted an avenue where they can express themselves, gain further knowledge and share the "stepping stones" they encountered and overcame. In doing so, we want to ensure that Senior Adults do not feel forgotten and can experience their latter years as being their best years with joy, peace and happiness

Our Senior Adults have paved the way for generation after generation and our organization wants them to be equipped and empowered to live a graceful life that is fulfilled holistically: Spirit, Soul and Body.

Our organization provides activities to stimulate the mind spiritually, emotionally, and physically of Senior Adults as well as provide healthy food choices including fresh vegetables, grain and fruit. This can be experienced through game activities, low key exercises, class development and community involvement. Our organization provides therapeutic shoes to Senior Adults, Age 70 and older, with orthopedic or podiatric issues to allow them to "step" without pain or obstacles, when possible.
