Fitness

We want to ensure senior adults experience their later years as their best years with joy, peace and happiness. We promote fitness  and low impact flexibility training exercises and equip seniors to enjoy optimal physical health.

Nutrition

A healthy diet is essential to staying in shape and feeling good. We offer programming and support in nutrition to help seniors enjoy good health.

Mental Health

Mental and emotional wellbeing are crucial parts of good overall health and living a fulfilling life. We provide programming to support mindfulness, managing stress and emotions, and good overall mental health.
